The automation control system consists of Siemens's high -performance controller and HMI to form an accurate liquid surface pressure control system and mold cooling control system to realize the full automation of casting, and the casting information is easily mastered.
High pressure control accuracy: The gas control charging system uses digital combination valve control, which is fast control and high accuracy. The pressure error of the charging and pressure -keeping phase is less than or equal to 3mbar, which can meet all low -pressure casting processes.
The fully automatic pressure compensation system has accurate pressure automatic compensation capabilities, so that the pressure in the furnace can be repeatedly reproduced according to the set curve value. It is not affected by the slight leakage of the thermal insulation furnace, the air pressure fluctuation of the gas pipeline, and the aluminum liquid level change.
High-performance insulation furnace: different types of equipment can be equipped with different capacity insulation furnaces such as 200-1500kg. According to the process requirements of different products, it can be equipped with a melting pool (radiation) or a pyrine -type insulation furnace. The largest furnace work pressure is 1.5Bar. Install the 2bar safety valve in the thermal insulation furnace to prevent the stove from over pressure. The insulation furnace lining uses the overall pouring of imported brand insulation materials, has no leakage, has good thermal insulation performance, and has a long durability life. Using the Japanese imported brand PID temperature controller, the aluminum temperature can be controlled at a ± 2 ° C. It has a super temperature protection function to prevent the furnace temperature from getting out of control.
