Low pressure casting machine introduction:
Low-pressure casting machines are mainly used in the production of aluminum alloy castings. According to the principle of low-pressure casting, the aluminum alloy liquid in the holding furnace is pressed into the metal mold through the liquid lifting tube, the aluminum liquid is crystallized in the mold, solidified, formed, and then the castings in the mold are automatically removed by the opening and closing mechanism. After the casting is removed, the device automatically proceeds to the next cycle.
Low pressure casting advantages:
